For PayMate–SlipX and SlipX Payslip Delivery
CompMate Technologies processes employee payroll information on the employer’s instructions. For employee records, begin with your employer’s authorised payroll person. You may also contact us using the steps below.
Email your request
Write to admin@compmate.in with the subject SlipX data request.
Say whether you want to access, correct or delete information, or stop future email or WhatsApp payslip messages.
Include enough detail to find the record
- Your name and employer or company name.
- Your employee ID, if you know it.
- The email address or WhatsApp number used for delivery, if relevant.
- What you want changed or deleted, and the payroll month if relevant.
- A contact address where we can respond.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, full bank details or identity-document copies in your initial request.
Verification and review
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm your identity or authority. For payroll records, we may coordinate with your employer before taking action. The response will explain the outcome or any information that must be retained and why.
What a deletion request can cover
You can ask about employee or account information, saved delivery PDFs, recipient contact details and delivery history associated with you. Deletion is reviewed against the employer’s instructions and applicable payroll, tax, security, dispute and legal obligations. There is no automatic deletion deadline promised by these instructions.
Stopping future messages does not by itself delete employment or payroll records. Likewise, deleting information from SlipX cannot recall a PDF already delivered to an email account or WhatsApp, or remove copies downloaded or forwarded by a recipient. Backup and provider copies may be subject to separate retention processes.
Need to stop future payslip messages?
Ask your employer’s authorised person to update your delivery permission, or email us with the channel you want stopped. “STOP” replies are not automatically processed by the delivery integration.
